We’re proud to partner with the Down syndrome community to offer a vibrant 6–8 week Health & Wellness program designed for individuals and their families. Rooted in the 5 Pillars of Health—Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management, and Connection—this program blends education, creativity, and joy to support whole-person well-being.
A special highlight: our Movement pillar features the expressive art of ribbon dance, inviting participants and families to explore rhythm, coordination, and self-expression in a playful, inclusive way. It’s more than movement—it’s a celebration of pride, possibility, and togetherness.
