My Qualifications
As a certified life coach, I have completed extensive training in areas such as health and wellness, goal setting, and communication. Additional certifications include: Cognitive Behavior Thinking (CBT) Coach, DISC Personality Profile, Strength Finders, Real Colors Personality, and Practices, Master Mind Facilitator. Recent completions: Health and Wellness Group Coach and Nutritional Coach

My Specialties
I specialize in helping individuals thrive through group and individual coaching on stress management, time management, and resilience building. I also offer weekend in-person retreats to have a transformational experience with a small group of individuals.
