If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a Health & Wellness Coach, it’s that progress isn’t a straight line. Your wellness journey will have highs and lows, moments of success, and times when setbacks feel discouraging. But those challenges don’t mean failure—they’re simply part of the process. True well-being isn’t about perfection; it’s about resilience, self-compassion, and learning how to navigate life’s ups and downs. I know this firsthand, both from my own journey and from helping others build healthier, more balanced lives. Together, we will incorporate these elements into your plan.
I specialize in helping individuals thrive through group and individual coaching on weight management, smoking cessation, stress management, time management, career assistance and resilience building. I also offer diabetes management coaching.
From a young age, I’ve always been curious about ways to grow and improve, both mentally and physically. One of my earliest experiments was teaching myself to write left-handed, simply as a way to engage more of my brain. Over time, this curiosity turned into a lifelong journey of self-discovery and learning.
Along the way, I began pursuing certifications in health and wellness, driven by a desire to help others on their own paths to becoming their best selves. I see it as a privilege to share what I’ve learned and to support others in finding balance, vitality, and a sense of fulfillment in their lives.
Today, in 2025, I continue to apply the same practices, habits, and mindsets that I am credentialed in to have fun and be happy in my life. Through experimentation, resourcefulness, and creativity, I strive to embody the principles I teach and to show up as my best self every day. It’s an ongoing journey, one I’m passionate about helping others.
