We identify the strengths that have helped you before and explore how those same strengths can support your health now.


You do not have to become a completely different or more disciplined person before you can make progress.


Stay curious and open

When something does not work, we do not turn it into evidence that you failed.

What did you notice? What helped? What got in the way? What might fit better?

Curiosity helps us learn from your life rather than judge it.
